Lately I’ve been focusing on reviews that I had forgotten to respond to these tags/awards posts! So I’m sorry for just posting about it just now! But I’ll be sure to make it even a bit worth it.
The Unique Blogger Award
- Display the award!
- Thank the person who nominated you, and post a link to their blog on your blog. (Try and include a little bit of promotion!)
- Answer the questions they’ve written for you!
- Nominate bloggers and give them three questions in the spirit of sharing love and solidarity within our blogging family!
First of all, I want to thank alfredopasta for nominating me for this award! I’m currently new to the community and this is my first time being nominated for an award, it means a lot to me, thank you very much! If you still aren’t following Slice of Aldredo, which I doubt you haven’t, you should!
They have a variety of reviews which are anime, live action drama’s, music, etc. and I could verify as well on how they deserve this reward! I enjoy reading their reviews and it’s very well written if you ask me, so I recommend you all to check them out!
Let’s head towards the question’s shall we?
If you had the opportunity to spend a day with a celebrity, who would it be and what would you do with them?
A celebrity I want to be with for a day hmm… The only person that goes through my mind right now would be James Corden. He’s a funny guy and I would love to hang out with him just to share a laugh and as well just jam and sing inside a car.
If you happen to not play an instrument, which one would you be most interested in learning? / If you already play an instrument, which another one would you be interested in picking up?
The instruments I could play would be the drums a bit because of my cousin, the flute because it was required for school, the guitar because I went through a rock and roll emo phase and I still am, and the piano which I was taught since I was a child. I am confident with my piano skills, I was taught by my aunt for about half a year when I was a child and I self taught after that to impress my family, since I was jealous of all my cousin and that was the only way I could at least show my potential and I’ve been a fan of playing classical music. Lately I’ve been aching to touch the piano once again to play songs from musical plays I’ve watched and loved.
And for instruments I would love to would be the viola and trumpet, ever since I was younger I’ve been wanting to play the violin but it’s a bit pricy and not to mention the lessons as well. I did suggest to be self taught but my parents would prefer me to focus on one instrument which was the piano. I don’t have any particular reason on why I would love the trumpet, I did see someone live once playing this instrument and they looks like they were having so much fun, and not to mention the dance moves he was doing. The only problem is I easily run out of breath so I’m not sure if it’s the one for me, but I am curious to learn!
What’s an anime that legit made you cry/tear up?
This is hard. For those of you who doesn’t know, I’m actually a cry baby. I easily get moved or cry at small moments and events, I easily feel bad and get emotional in certain scenarios possible!
Special Mentions: Plastic Memories, Clannad, 5 Centimeters Per Second, Charlotte, Erased, and Nana.
The anime that made me cry the most would be Wolf Children. It’s a classic anime movie for me that I would rewatch from time to time whenever I feel depressed. This animated movie made me cry because of the movie’s storytelling based on the mothers hardship for her children, I look up to the character because I am a child being raised by a single mother and I appreciate my mom a lot. After watching this movie when I was a teen it made me appreciate my mom, she’s barely with me as I grew up because of her job which involved travelling and being a kid I would naturally complain on how she prioritizes her job over her own family and felt that I was left behind, but the movie shown otherwise. Wolf Children will always be a special part of my memory as I was younger.
Now It’s my turn on asking the questions!
- If you were to describe your life based on an anime character, who would it be, and of course why?
- Now let’s try to get personal, what was one of the anime’s you’ve watch that left an impact on your life, or perhaps change your view in a certain point in your life.
- Imagine, you have been chosen to create a crossover between three anime series, which would it be and why?
And for those being tagged… If you’ve been nominated already, I’m sorry for nominating you once again but I do find you all unique!
That’s all for today’s post and thank you once again to Slice of Alfredo for nominating me for the award! You’re questions were quite difficult for me to answer but I didn’t give up in answering them!

Dang, I’m envious of your musical skills lol Recently I’ve been really interested in learning the drums and piano, but got a little lazy, haha. But that’s pretty nice that you know how to play a good amount of instruments! The violin, while I’ve seen it’s fairly difficult to learn, would be one that would be nice to know how to play.
I gotta agree with the choice of Clannad, it’s a real tearjerker in a lot of scenes especially in After Story. But I really do want to watch Wolf Children, it looks like a good movie 😛
Thanks for answering my questions! 😀

Well it takes a lot of practice but I’m sure you’ll get there once you have the chance to. That’s how I feel when it comes to trying to learn the violin, I never really had the energy to do so~
I do recommend to watch Wolf Children, it’s a really good movie!
You’re welcome! Thank you for nominating me as well~

You got more musical talent than I do. The only instrument I ever learned to play was the flute. That knowledge faded over time, and now I can’t even play that enough anymore. Wolf Children is a great movie. One of the best female character I’ve seen in anime.
I rarely cry while watching stuff, but Graves of the Fireflies did get me choke up. It was just all tragic. The original Fullmetal Alchemist anime manage to get tears out of me in a certain episode, but I don’t want spoil which one since it’s a unexpected death. Lastly, Cardcaptor Sakura (I ain’t embarrassed by this) is one of two things that ever manages to make me tear up from happiness. Just seeing the strong family bond between Sakura, and her father made so happy to witness that it unexpectedly moved me way more than I thought it would.
Lastly, (•_•) , ( •_•)>⌐■-■, (⌐■_■) thanks for the tag!
